Job Summary
Field Service Engineer in Cleveland, OH responsible for on-site repair, ScanCare preventative maintenance, and installation of drivers/software for Ricoh products. Travel to customer sites within the primary territory, maintain 100% utilization per weekly SLA reports, manage parts and service calls using ServiceNow, provide accurate closing notes, and ensure timely customer billing. Requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, crawling, and continual movement; associate degree in Electronics or related experience and 2–3 years of electronics technician experience; proficient with Windows and MS Office; CompTIA A+ (preferred). Must be willing to work overtime when required and complete technical training.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Electronics or equivalent experience
- Two to three years of experience as an electronics technician
- Knowledge of circuit function and microprocessor-controlled electromechanical devices such as laser printers, xerographic copiers, or automated paper-handling devices
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
- MS Office Suite proficiency
- CompTIA A+ certified (preferred)
