Job Summary
Field Service Engineer responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing SCREEN 200mm wet etch, lithography, and metrology tools at customer sites in OR or CA, including warranty support, in-fab and remote tool support, training customers, data entry for tracking and parts/tool upgrades, and adherence to safety procedures. Requires basic computer skills (Windows XP/10, Microsoft Office, SharePoint), ability to travel (including abroad) for training, and strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting aptitude. Must perform preventive and corrective maintenance, support MTs, and contribute to process acceptance; expected to lift up to 35 pounds and work with protective equipment in potentially hazardous environments. Education and experience: Bachelor's Degree; or Associate's Degree with at least 4 years of related experience; or 8 years of related experience in lieu of degree; or completion of military technical training may substitute for an Associate's Degree.
