Job Summary
Perform emergency repairs, installations, site integrations, routine maintenance, and general technical service for internal and external customers across the Graz area. Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Service Operations to drive technical solutions and resolve customer issues quickly while ensuring high CSAT and first-time-fix metrics. Document all service administration activities promptly in the CRM. This role requires up to 80% travel and is based in Graz, offering a salary range of 60,000 to 80,000 EUR annually. No work visa sponsorship is available for this position.

- Customer management and communication skills with demonstrated experience in a customer support environment
- Track record of achieving successful support outcomes tracking metrics such as issue resolution time, response time, and customer satisfaction
- Prior experience performing repairs/maintenance on mechanical equipment
- Experience using power tools and specialized equipment
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time
