Job Summary
Field Service Engineer responsible for supporting automation projects on-site across North America. Responsibilities include performing mechanical, electrical, and control checks; leading startup, checkout, and acceptance testing for warehouse fulfillment and manufacturing systems; partnering with automation and controls engineers to test, troubleshoot, and validate systems on-site; providing clear communication and updates to customers and project teams; and managing rotating travel schedules (5 on/2 off, 10 on/4 off, or 14 on/7 off). Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with electrical systems, programming, and networking, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and are comfortable traveling and working away from home. A technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience is required, with relocation assistance available and a requirement to live within 50 miles of a major airport; authorized to work in the U.S.
