Job Summary
Deploy automated platforms at the Automata Germany build facility and customer sites while maintaining service documentation. Support and maintain these systems at client locations, oversee third-party service providers during maintenance visits, and handle service desk support. Ensure client systems run efficiently by minimizing downtime and optimizing performance for complex automation workflows. Adapt to different situations and solve problems around automated installations as required.
Required Qualifications
- German/English proficiency
- Proven experience working in a similar role
- Experience working with robotics or laboratory hardware, control panels and electrical circuits
- Python programming skills
- Customer-facing skills
- Attention to detail in your work
- willing to be based in Germany
- Any other overseas work as required by the company
Desired Qualifications
- Experience of training and/or servicing of Scara robots
- Experience of working within a laboratory environment
