Job Summary
Conduct regular and irregular maintenance activities on ASML systems at customer sites with considerable independence. Perform problem analysis by gathering relevant information, diagnosing issues using available means, and executing repairs or standard service actions independently. Handle problem handovers by documenting data, creating work orders, and routing complex issues to second-line support. Train customers on equipment use, routine maintenance, and user procedure improvements while providing coaching to less experienced engineers. Signal gaps and improvement opportunities to stakeholders to optimize processes. Maintain broad knowledge of product functionality and share best methods within the work group.
Required Qualifications
- BSc degree in relevant Technical Field (Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, etc.)
- Experience in technical industry
- Experience in semiconductor industry
- Experience in using computer applications, including data analysis tools, spreadsheet, and presentation software
- Complete knowledge on product functionality of the main modules/sub-modules
