Job Summary
Gather information, analyze problems using defined means, and execute initial approaches to solve issues under guidance. Replace parts, improve settings, and perform repairs per team member instructions while adhering to customer machine time windows. Handover problem aspects to experienced 1st line staff, documenting all relevant data including work orders and technical reports. Explain appropriate actions to users for correcting malfunctions and recommend changes in user procedures. Share own findings and work orders with the rest of the team to build collective knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- BS degree in relevant Technical Field (Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, etc.)
- Equivalent experience to BS degree in relevant Technical Field (Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, etc.)
