Job Summary
Conduct daily service support, repair, installation, and maintenance of Beckman Coulter Life Sciences equipment at customer sites across OH, IN, Western NY, Western PA, and Northern KY. Drive customer satisfaction by closing service calls promptly with a focus on first-time fixes, while managing monthly KPIs and annual revenue targets with 8-10% expected growth. Price and position service agreements for existing and new equipment to maximize profit margins and support sales growth. Travel 25-50% of the time, including overnight trips, to serve the regional territory.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to travel 25-50% overnight within territory or locations
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment up to 50lb
- Must be flexible and understanding with change as it occurs regularly
- Ability to think quickly and respond positively to those changes
