Job Summary
Install, repair, and optimize All-Fill equipment at customer sites from the Exton, PA base; diagnose technical issues, collaborate with engineering/quality teams, program components, and run FATs; produce detailed service reports; conduct on-site inspections, preventive maintenance, commissioning/start-up of new machines, and provide remote support when on-site is not possible; train customer operators and internal staff on new equipment features; identify opportunities for machine upgrades; maintain technical documentation and ensure safety/regulatory compliance; extensive travel (minimum 50%) with some international travel; required hands-on skills in Allen Bradley/Rockwell Automation software and general mechanical/electrical knowledge; physically able to lift up to 75 lbs and work long days on-site; driver’s license required; education path includes HS Diploma/Associate’s Degree or Bachelor's Degree with corresponding field experience.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma/Associate's Degree in Engineering, Mechanical, or Electrical field + 10 years field service experience, OR Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mechanical, or Electrical field + 5 years field service experience
