Job Summary
Field Service Engineer responsible for executing maintenance and minor repairs on standard products at customer site, investigating and resolving technical problems on standard products at customer site, preparing service jobs to execute/resolve at the shortest possible time, following up on actions and promises made to customers, writing service reports on site and obtaining customer sign-off, updating service execution IT system with relevant information, reporting unsafe practices and incidents for continuous improvement, and proactively communicating sales opportunities to the sales organization. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, 3-5 years of experience in repairing/maintaining industrial machinery/equipment, electrical or automation background (plus), experience with heat exchangers/separator/decanter (plus), strong English and Thai language skills, ability to work overtime, and a hands-on approach. Work base location is Samut Prakan province in Thailand.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- At least 3-5 year experience in repairing and maintenance services of industrial machinery/equipment
- Having electrical or automation background but like to work with mechanical work is a plus
- Having hands-on experience with heat exchangers, separator, decanter is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills
- Good command in English and Thai both written & spoken and computer literate
- Able to work overtime and a hands-on person
