Job Summary
On-site and remote Field Services support across Air New Zealand operational hubs. Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot end-user devices and workplace technology. Support desktop, laptop, meeting room, and peripheral technologies across multiple environments. Assist with technology rollouts, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives. Diagnose and resolve technical incidents quickly to minimise operational disruption. Build strong relationships with stakeholders through clear communication and exceptional customer service. Participate in an on-call support roster to meet operational requirements. Maintain accurate asset, support, and documentation records.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Field Services, Desktop Support, End User Computing, and meeting room technologies
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments, hardware support, networking fundamentals, and systems administration
- Experience supporting geographically distributed sites with the ability to work independently
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, collaboration technologies, and enterprise support tools
- Strong troubleshooting, prioritisation, and customer engagement skills
- Professionalism, discretion, and communication skills suitable for supporting senior leaders and executive stakeholders
- New Zealand citizenship or residency and the ability to travel domestically and internationally
