Field Service Engineer 2

Field Service Engineer 2 at Intuitive who will install, support, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Intuitive products in an assigned territory, ensuring service agreements and warranty obligations are fulfilled. Responsibilities include system inspections and preventive maintenance, software updates, hardware delivery and installation, diagnosing and repairing electro-mechanical systems, adherence to OR protocol and HIPAA, administrative tasks, training end-users, providing technical support, and occasional travel (~60%) with residence within 30 miles of the territory. Requires associate’s degree or equivalent training/experience with strong communication and customer-service skills; prior field service experience in medical devices preferred; travel and flexibility to support various shifts as needed.
