Job Summary

Perform timely preventative maintenance, moderate-complexity repairs, and equipment installations for Xray, R&F, Mammo, and UL modalities across the Las Vegas and Rocky Mountain service region. Troubleshoot equipment issues independently, lead customer communications as the escalation point, and drive revenue growth through value-added service recommendations. Own issues from dispatch to resolution while maintaining regulatory compliance and daily documentation. Work a rotating on-call schedule including weekends and after hours with a valid driver's license. No visa sponsorship available.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree in related field or equivalent military education
  • 4 years of experience servicing electronic equipment
  • high school diploma/GED
  • 6 years of relevant experience
  • Technical capabilities in Xray, R&F, Mammo, and UL modalities
  • valid Driver's License
  • Experience with Web applications
  • Experience with Microsoft suite of products
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to be available after hours
  • Ability to work a rotating on-call schedule including weekends
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, competing priorities while maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Ability to lift, carry push and pull up to 35 lbs. unassisted
  • Ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit and stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to reach at, above and below shoulder level
  • Ability to flex/extend neck
  • Ability to have good hand and finger dexterity
