Field Service Engineer 2

Job Summary
Perform timely preventative maintenance, moderate-complexity repairs, and equipment installations for Xray, R&F, Mammo, and UL modalities across the Las Vegas and Rocky Mountain service region. Troubleshoot equipment issues independently, lead customer communications as the escalation point, and drive revenue growth through value-added service recommendations. Own issues from dispatch to resolution while maintaining regulatory compliance and daily documentation. Work a rotating on-call schedule including weekends and after hours with a valid driver's license. No visa sponsorship available.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in related field or equivalent military education
- 4 years of experience servicing electronic equipment
- high school diploma/GED
- 6 years of relevant experience
- Technical capabilities in Xray, R&F, Mammo, and UL modalities
- valid Driver's License
- Experience with Web applications
- Experience with Microsoft suite of products
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Ability to be available after hours
- Ability to work a rotating on-call schedule including weekends
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, competing priorities while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Ability to lift, carry push and pull up to 35 lbs. unassisted
- Ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to reach at, above and below shoulder level
- Ability to flex/extend neck
- Ability to have good hand and finger dexterity
