Job Summary
Senior Field Service Engineer responsible for timely preventive maintenance and troubleshooting/repair of imaging equipment in hospital/healthcare settings. Lead installations, handle escalations and customer communications, ensure regulatory compliance, document work and support contract/on-demand revenue growth. Requires an associate degree or equivalent military education (or high school with 6 years of experience), valid driver’s license, US work authorization, ability to work after hours and on-call, and willingness to travel to or work remotely within the United States. Location options include Ann Arbor, MI and remote US-based work.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in related field or equivalent military education and 4 years of experience servicing electronic equipment
- or high school diploma/GED and 6 years of relevant experience
- Technical capabilities in imaging equipment including troubleshooting, repair and installation
- Must have and maintain a valid Driver’s License
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
- We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future
- Ability to be available after hours and/or work a rotating on-call schedule including weekends
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, competing priorities while maintaining customer satisfaction
