Field Service Engineer 1 - Wknd Shift

Field Service Engineer 1 on a weekend shift at Intuitive, responsible for installation, support, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of Intuitive products within the assigned area. Must ensure service agreements and warranty obligations are met, exceed customer expectations, and apply electro-mechanical expertise with strong customer-service and communication skills. Duties include system installation and delivery coordination, routine preventive maintenance, software updates, diagnostics and repair, training at facilities and hospitals, accurate documentation and reporting, spare-parts inventory, travel up to 75% within the territory, compliance with OR protocols and HIPAA standards, and collaboration with Sales and Genesis teams. Requires ability to work with limited supervision, travel within a defined radius (typically within 30 miles of the territory), and willingness to perform ad hoc tasks, with an Associate’s degree or equivalent training preferred and 1–3 years of field service experience preferred.
