Job Summary
Field Service Engineer 1 performs on time and accurate preventive maintenance on medical equipment across modalities, troubleshoots and performs basic repairs, assists with installations for more experienced engineers, maintains customer relationships to drive satisfaction, and adheres to regulatory and hospital protocols with proper documentation. The role requires independent work, driving to customer sites, after-hours availability, and collaboration with regional and national support to resolve issues, with a total rewards package and relocation provided.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in related field or equivalent military education and 2 years of experience servicing electronic equipment
- High school diploma/GED and 4 years of relevant experience
- Graduate of the GEHC Apprentice Program
- Valid Driver’s License
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
