Job Summary
Schedule field service repairs, order parts, and invoice customers while managing work orders through Service Link. Quote repairs, monitor life day labor targets, and maintain average completion within 10 days. Serve as the primary contact for technicians, managers, and clients, utilizing modern for daily updates and communicating job status. Maintain accurate records and adhere to DOT, OSHA, and MSHA safety regulations. On-call after hours required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of DOT, OSHA and MSHA rules and regulations
- Computer skills (software and internet usage)
- On call after hours
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience with SIS, DBS, ET (CATERPILLAR systems)
- 2 – 3 years' experience as Service Technician, Service Write, Service Coordinator in the industry
