Job Summary
Coordinate repairs in the field by scheduling technicians and ensuring timely response while communicating with customers and sales reps regarding repair status. Open, edit, review, and invoice work orders, and coordinate parts orders and component repairs to support field service jobs. Monitor field service expenses, technician overtime, and job progress, addressing customer complaints and ensuring prompt resolution. Support the service team with accurate documentation and updates. This role ensures timely scheduling, communication, and follow-up so customers experience world-class service and uptime on their machines.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of dispatching experience in a service-related industry
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional communication skills (verbal, written, phone, email)
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to perform under pressure
Desired Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude with an understanding of construction equipment
- Forklift experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish
