Job Summary
Assemble and test spray systems, tanks, and related equipment while delivering PavePro chemical products in totes, drums, or concentrate containers. Safely unload and transfer products using approved pumps, hoses, and procedures, then install chemical storage, pumping, and spray systems at asphalt manufacturing plants. Perform preventive maintenance by checking hoses, cleaning filters, inspecting pumps, tightening fittings, and replacing worn components. Diagnose and repair common mechanical, plumbing, and basic electrical problems while maintaining service records, delivery documentation, and vehicle parts inventory. Keep the assigned service vehicle, tools, and equipment clean and organized. Work primarily Monday through Friday with some early starts and overtime during the paving season.
Required Qualifications
- Some experience with equipment maintenance, pumps, plumbing or automotive repair
- At least two years of safe driving experience
- Ability to operate a heavy-duty pickup or service truck and tow a utility trailer
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card
- Ability to work independently and follow written safety procedures
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to work occasionally on elevated industrial platforms, ladders, and catwalks
Desired Qualifications
- CDL license is not required, but always a plus
