Job Summary
Coordinate field service operations from our Newport Beach, CA office by managing service requests, scheduling service engineers, ensuring customer entry requirements are met, processing service orders in CRM, invoicing and maintaining customer files, distributing training materials for field schools, and handling departmental calls. Requires an Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, plus 6 months to 1 year of related work. Proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office (and Adobe Acrobat) is expected. Salary $28.50/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree from two-year College or technical school
- AND six months to one-year related experience
