Field Service Coordinator

Coordinate field service projects by creating and managing work orders, recruiting, assigning, and supporting independent field technicians based on project requirements. Monitor work orders to resolve scheduling issues, cancellations, delays, and reschedule requests, while communicating updates and service exceptions with customers and internal teams. Review completed work orders for payment approval, evaluate technician performance, and maintain preferred provider pools. Maintain accurate documentation to support successful project execution and identify opportunities to improve scheduling, technician utilization, and service delivery. Assist the FX3 team in supporting new customers and operational initiatives as business needs evolve.
