Job Summary
Field Service Coordinator role based in Loughborough (office-based) coordinating field technicians, planning site activities, creating engineers’ work packs in SAP and C4C, preparing RAMS with the SHEQ Manager, updating systems, liaising with customers, procuring third-party services and spares, and ensuring timely delivery and updates while adhering to health and safety policies. Requires organised, proactive collaboration within a fast-paced service environment and strong scheduling/interpersonal skills.
Required Qualifications
- Min. 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Mechanical or electrical engineering background advantageous.
- Experience in planning/scheduling.
- Project management experience is advantageous.
- Previous experience within a service environment.
