Job Summary
Field Service Coordinator to support the field service team by tracking customer-reported CX Alloy issues, updating cases, coordinating service parts orders, and dispatching Field Service Technicians. Responsibilities include logging and updating CX Alloy cases, escalating issues to engineering/warranty/management, communicating case details to Service Manager and Project Managers, processing service parts purchase orders, coordinating parts availability/shipping, ensuring accurate invoicing, tracking case status, generating CX Alloy reports, and maintaining compliant, well-documented case records. Requires going to customer sites in the Hermiston, Oregon area and strong experience with ERP/CRM systems, MS Word & Excel, and service coordination in technical or field-service settings.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-4 years experience in commercial or administrative role
- Experience with ERP, CRM or similar systems
- Strong Microsoft Word & Excel skills
- Experience in a role requiring organizational skills and multi-tasking
- Ability to track, escalate, and resolve CX Alloy issues with internal teams
- Experience processing customer purchase orders for service parts
- Experience in service coordination, logistics or administrative support in a technical or field service environment preferred
