Field Service Coordinator

Job Summary
Field Service Coordinator coordinates between internal sales and service center, arranges transportation between customer site and service center, coordinates with customers (AL abroad) and service center, places and tracks orders (repair, spare parts, consumables), prepares indirect purchase reports, supports production planning and KPI tracking, manages field service job setup for repair packages, handles customer and internal invoicing after repair, and participates in ISO9001 internal audits. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related, 5+ years in the mechanical industry, 3+ years coordinating/planning, strong English, MS Office proficiency, excellent coordination and communication skills, and inventory-management experience preferred. ”,
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree majored in Mechanical Engineering or related
- 5+ years working experience in mechanical industry
- 3+ years coordinating, planning experience
- Good English both oral and written
- Good PC literature in MS Office
- Able to handle conflicting demands and work under pressure
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Strong personality and experience of coordinating and planning
- Inventory management experience is preferred
