Field Service Control Systems Engineer

Job Summary
On-site leadership and execution of control-system installations and maintenance for rotating equipment at customer sites. Provide technical direction to internal teams and skilled labor, troubleshoot start-up and commissioning of control panels and sequencing for rotating equipment, and prepare technical documentation and customer briefs. Role requires travel up to 70% and fluency in English and Italian; EU passport or European work permit is required. The role supports flexible on-site work across locations globally and involves working with a global team to ensure safety, compliance and quality, with opportunities for training and development in New Product Introduction (NPI).
Required Qualifications
- Engineering degree or a high school diploma
- Good experience in a control systems role in an energy or oil and gas environment (or similar)
- Strong knowledge of control systems for rotating equipment installation and maintenance
- Experience with DLN/DLE mapping and rotating equipment installation and maintenance
- Knowledge of Gas Turbines, Centrifugal Compressors, Reciprocating Compressors or Steam Turbines and their auxiliaries
- Customer-service orientation and ability to lead customers through decisions
- Willingness to travel significantly (up to 70%), including offshore facilities
- Excellent command of English and Italian
- EU Passport or European Work permit
