Job Summary
Assess and solve technical escalations by providing online and in-dealership assistance as a subject matter expert. Manage recall requirements, ensuring Required Service Updates are completed to reduce buybacks. Lead discussions with dealership teams, acting as the quality feedback liaison while providing consultations on repair order documentation and facility inspections. Analyze repair shop processes to suggest improvements and increase "fixed first visit" cases. Travel locally to designated dealerships to support technicians with tough vehicle cases, documenting issues and following up to ensure resolution.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
- A minimum of 2 to 4 years automotive experience
- Must have dealership experience
- Ideal experience required: Assistant Manager, Shop Foreman
- Ability to travel locally to dealerships within a designated area
- Ability to analyze and document vehicle case updates using Microsoft Excel
- Ability to communicate technical information to all levels
- Ability to analyze data and create custom reports using provided templates
- Ability to effectively use MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and manage a progressive workload in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs

- ASE certified technician
- Field-related management experience
