Job Summary
Field Service Technician responsible for installing, assembling, troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on precision industrial machinery. Duties include handling electrical upgrades and mechanical modifications, providing on-site customer service, and traveling to customer sites for projects, training, and service support. Must read blueprints/schematics, work with the metric system and precision measuring instruments, and be willing to travel nationally and internationally; valid driver’s license and passport required. 70%–80% travel with overtime availability; field and shop work mix highlighted.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong mechanical skills with ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Familiarity with the metric system and precision measuring instruments
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- Valid driver’s license and passport (or ability to obtain one)
- 70% - 80% travel / Overtime available
