Job Summary
Field Service Associate will represent Arbill at client sites and manage Arbill-owned inventory stored onsite, including restocking, receiving, inventory counts, and resupply. Responsibilities include identifying on-site growth opportunities, coordinating with the Safety Advisor, executing timely VMI counts and vending replenishments, communicating with customers and internal teams (sales operations/client relations and operations management), and providing on-site training for vending equipment. May operate forklift or other machinery, and will work with client systems such as Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) and P21 (ERP) and ASD vending interface. This role emphasizes customer experience, stock accuracy, and proactive on-site collaboration across multiple locations (Imperial, PA and Sewickley, PA).
