Job Summary
Coordinate, consult railway personnel on locomotive operation and repair; provide technical support and ensure compliance with safety regulations; work with technical documentation and maintain accurate records; monitor and maintain the work area to meet operational standards; prepare and submit reports on work volume, composition, and technological processes; participate in shift work and travel to support regional operations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Higher technical education (Mechanical Engineer / Electrician) or secondary vocational technical education in a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance, operation, or repair of heavy equipment
- Experience in railway transport is a strong advantage
- Willingness to work in shifts and travel for business (~15%)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Confident command of English (spoken and written)
- Legal authorization to work in Kazakhstan is required
