Field Service and Order Management Coordinator - Skiatook

Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities, including field service dispatching, job board management, and backlog tracking. Troubleshoot operational issues, validate paperwork, and maintain accurate records and databases. Serve as a liaison between departments to facilitate communication, prepare documentation, and manage procurement and inventory. Identify process improvement opportunities, analyze operational metrics, and assist in implementing new procedures. Ensure compliance with company policies and prepare reports for internal audits and management review. Work in a manufacturing shop environment to obtain information from the manufacturing and field service teams. Ability to work overtime as needed to support business needs.
