Job Summary
Perform diagnostics and analysis to troubleshoot and repair Culligan equipment, including installing, upgrading, and maintaining water softeners and filtration systems in homes and businesses. Complete related paperwork accurately and assist colleagues with product delivery. Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment while communicating positively with customers and adhering to all safety policies and regulations. Requires three years of plumbing or maintenance experience, fluency in Spanish preferred, and ability to lift 50-75 lbs. Comprehensive training provided for this role in the high-growth water treatment business.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- May require lifting/moving equipment from 50-75 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum three years of plumbing and/or maintenance experience highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluency in Spanish language preferred
