Job Summary
Commission, fault-find, service, maintain, repair, calibrate, and validate all equipment and applications within the business portfolio while ensuring customer safety and satisfaction. Maintain records, create service reports for signatures, and complete all company paperwork on time. Adhere to safety regulations, ISO quality procedures, and site rules, including participating in inductions and on-call rotations. Carry and maintain spare parts and consumables in the company vehicle. Identify revenue opportunities and inform the company of new site developments. Provide onsite briefings, tours, and training to customers and colleagues. Review technical documentation, write reports in English, and attend required training. Represent the company professionally wearing branded clothing and PPE.

- Electrical or Mechanical Qualification
- Review technical documentation and write technical reports accurately in English
