Job Summary
Troubleshoot technical issues, develop new use cases, and guide users on software application and functionality while strengthening relationships with global enterprise customers. Collaborate with analysts to solve unique and complex problems, providing direct feedback regarding software feature enhancements. Conduct training sessions, either classroom or deskside, to support intelligence and operations missions. This role requires TS/SCI clearance and involves independent travel across CONUS and OCONUS. Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with the software product, Gotham
- Training experience (Classroom or Deskside)
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues
- Strong understanding of DoD, Intelligence, or Law Enforcement missions
- TS/SCI clearance is REQUIRED
- Travel independently, both CONUS and OCONUS, as required
Desired Qualifications
- Real world experience supporting intelligence or operations
- Familiarity with Gaia or Foundry
- Experience training other intelligence or operations software
- Excellent communication skills
- Technical knowledge, including working familiarity with languages such as Python, Java or HTML
