Job Summary
Field Service Analyst responsible for troubleshooting the Gotham software, training users on its application and functionality, developing new use cases, and collaborating with analysts to solve complex problems. Will work with users worldwide, provide direct feedback for software feature enhancements, promote collaboration across a global enterprise, and travel CONUS and OCONUS as required to support customers.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Gotham software
- Training experience (Classroom or Deskside)
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Strong understanding of DoD, Intelligence, or Law Enforcement missions
- TS/SCI clearance REQUIRED
- Travel independently CONUS and OCONUS
