Job Summary
Field Service Analyst responsible for troubleshooting technical issues in Gotham, training users on Gotham usage, developing new use cases, and collaborating with analysts to solve unique and complex problems. You will provide direct feedback regarding software feature enhancements and promote collaboration across a global enterprise to ensure continued success for our customers. Travel independently to support CONUS and OCONUS assignments as required.
Required Qualifications
- TS clearance is REQUIRED
- Training experience (Classroom or Deskside)
- Hands-on experience with the software Gotham
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues
- Strong understanding of DoD, Intelligence, or Law Enforcement missions
