Job Summary
Troubleshoot technical issues, train and guide users on Gotham, and develop new use cases to solve unique problems. Collaborate with global users to provide direct feedback on software enhancements while promoting cross-enterprise collaboration. This role requires TS/SCI clearance, hands-on experience with intelligence missions, and proficiency in languages like Python or HTML. Travel independently to CONUS and OCONUS locations as needed. SHINE Systems seeks experienced operations and intelligence professionals to strengthen user relationships on the front lines.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with the software product, Gotham
- Training experience (Classroom or Deskside)
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues
- Strong understanding of DoD, Intelligence, or Law Enforcement missions
- TS/SCI clearance is REQUIRED
- Travel independently, both CONUS and OCONUS, as required
Desired Qualifications
- Real world experience supporting intelligence or operations
- Familiarity with Gaia or Foundry
- Experience training other intelligence or operations software
- Excellent communication skills
- Technical knowledge, including working familiarity with languages such as Python, Java or HTML
