Job Summary
Troubleshoot technical issues, develop new use cases, and guide users in the application and functionality of Gotham software. Collaborate with global users to solve unique and complex problems while providing direct feedback on software feature enhancements. Promote collaboration across the enterprise and train others on intelligence and operations software tools. This role requires TS clearance, SCI eligibility, and experience with DoD missions. Travel independently both CONUS and OCONUS as required. SHINE Systems is an Equal Employment/Affirmative Action employer.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with the software product, Gotham
- Training experience (Classroom or Deskside)
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues
- Strong understanding of DoD, Intelligence, or Law Enforcement missions
- TS clearance
- SCI eligible
- Travel independently, both CONUS and OCONUS, as required
Desired Qualifications
- Real world experience supporting intelligence or operations
- Familiarity with Gaia or Foundry
- Experience training other intelligence or operations software
- Excellent communication skills
- Technical knowledge, including working familiarity with languages such as Python, Java or HTML
