Job Summary
Troubleshoot technical issues, train and guide users on Gotham, and develop new use cases while solving unique and complex problems. Collaborate with global users to provide direct feedback on software feature enhancements and promote collaboration across the enterprise. This role requires TS/SCI clearance, hands-on experience with Gotham, and proficiency in troubleshooting, with travel independently to CONUS and OCONUS as needed. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and familiarity with intelligence or operations missions.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with the software product, Gotham
- Training experience (Classroom or Deskside)
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues
- Strong understanding of DoD, Intelligence, or Law Enforcement missions
- TS/SCI clearance is REQUIRED
- Travel independently, both CONUS and OCONUS, as required
Desired Qualifications
- Real world experience supporting intelligence or operations
- Familiarity with Gaia or Foundry
- Experience training other intelligence or operations software
- Excellent communication skills
- Technical knowledge, including working familiarity with languages such as Python, Java or HTML
