Job Summary
Field Service Analyst responsible for troubleshooting Gotham and training users on its application and functionality, developing new use cases, and collaborating with analysts to solve complex problems. Role involves promoting collaboration across a global enterprise, providing feedback on feature enhancements, and possible worldwide travel (CONUS/OCONUS).
Required Qualifications
- TS/SCI clearance is REQUIRED
- Hands-on experience with the Gotham software product
- Training experience (Classroom or Deskside)
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues
- Strong understanding of DoD, Intelligence, or Law Enforcement missions
- Travel independently, both CONUS and OCONUS, as required
- Technical knowledge including Python, Java or HTML
