Job Summary
Field Service Analyst at SHINE Systems responsible for hands-on Gotham software support, training users, developing new use cases, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with analysts to solve complex problems. Role involves providing frontline user support, collecting feedback for feature enhancements, promoting cross-functional collaboration across a global enterprise, and travel (CONUS/OCONUS) as needed. Proficiency in Python, Java or HTML and experience in intelligence/operations software are valued, along with strong communication skills and DoD/Law Enforcement mission understanding.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Gotham software
- Training experience (Classroom or Deskside)
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Strong understanding of DoD, Intelligence, or Law Enforcement missions
- TS/SCI clearance required
- Travel independently CONUS/OCONUS
