Job Summary
Field Service Analyst at SHINE Systems responsible for troubleshooting Gotham software, training users on its application, and developing new use cases. Collaborates with analysts and users worldwide to resolve complex problems, provide feedback on feature enhancements, and promote collaboration across a global enterprise. Requires hands-on experience with Gotham, training ability, troubleshooting skills, and a TS/SCI clearance; travel across CONUS and OCONUS. Proficiency with languages such as Python, Java, or HTML and strong communication skills are desired.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Gotham software
- Training experience (Classroom or Deskside)
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Strong understanding of DoD, Intelligence, or Law Enforcement missions
- TS/SCI clearance is REQUIRED
- Travel independently CONUS and OCONUS, as required
