Job Summary
Field Service Analyst to troubleshoot issues with Gotham, train users on its application, develop new use cases, and collaborate with analysts to resolve complex problems. You will provide direct feedback on software feature enhancements, promote cross-functional collaboration across a global enterprise, and support customer success. Expect travel CONUS and OCONUS, and apply DoD/intelligence domain knowledge while maintaining strong communication with users and teams worldwide.
Required Qualifications
- Interim S or above clearance REQUIRED
- Hands-on experience with the Gotham software
- Training experience (Classroom or Deskside)
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Strong understanding of DoD, Intelligence, or Law Enforcement missions
- Travel independently CONUS and OCONUS as required
- Experience with training other intelligence or operations software
- Excellent communication skills
- Real-world experience supporting intelligence or operations (desired)
- Familiarity with Gaia or Foundry (desired)
- Technical knowledge including Python, Java or HTML (desired)
