Job Summary
Field Service Analyst responsible for hands-on use, training, and support of Gotham software. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, developing new use cases, and collaborating with analysts to solve complex problems. Will train and guide users on application functionality, provide feedback on software feature enhancements, and promote cross-functional collaboration across a global enterprise to ensure customer success.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Gotham software
- Training experience (classroom or deskside)
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Strong understanding of DoD, Intelligence, or Law Enforcement missions
- TS/SCI clearance required
