Job Summary

Field Service Analyst at SHINE Systems providing hands-on training and troubleshooting for Gotham, Gaia, Foundry, and related software to users globally. Responsibilities include training users, guiding use of software, troubleshooting technical issues, developing new use cases, collaborating with analysts to solve complex problems, promoting cross-functional collaboration across a global enterprise, and delivering feedback for feature enhancements. Requires TS/SCI clearance, travel CONUS and OCONUS, and strong communication skills; experience with DoD/Intelligence/Law Enforcement missions and programming language familiarity (Python/Java/HTML) is desired.

Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with the software product Gotham
  • Training experience (Classroom or Deskside)
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues
  • Strong understanding of DoD, Intelligence, or Law Enforcement missions
  • TS/SCI clearance is REQUIRED
  • Travel independently, both CONUS and OCONUS, as required
  • Technical knowledge, including working familiarity with languages such as Python, Java or HTML
