Job Summary
Field Service Advisor to manage and direct field service technicians’ service business, coordinate activities across departments, schedule and allocate technician workload, quote service repair jobs via Salesforce, monitor KPI performance, ensure timely completion of quotes and work orders, and maintain excellent customer service throughout the service lifecycle.
Required Qualifications

- Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft tools
- Experience with Salesforce (CRM) or similar quoting systems
