Job Summary
Manage field service and customer inquiries related to service requests, coordinate and process service maintenance agreements by entering machines and dollar amounts to affect accruals/deferrals, and create monthly invoices. Collaborate with RSMs, sales, and accounting when creating or changing contracts. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries from field techs and customers, gathering information, investigating billing problems, ensuring problems are resolved, data entry for SMA’s and auto-generated work orders, ensuring NAV/D365 invoice accuracy, generating monthly/quarterly/annual invoices, producing SMA reports, setting up assets in NAV/D365, processing credit memos and re-bills, and training staff as assigned. Emphasizes ERP data handling, invoicing, contract management, and cross-functional coordination.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of field service support experience
- ERP system experience
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
