Job Summary
Field Service Administrator responsible for supporting the service department with data entry, report generation, customer correspondence, and cross-functional collaboration. Duties include opening and maintaining job orders, preparing quotations, assigning purchase orders to outside repairs, handling warranty-related tasks, preparing weekly reports and shipping documents, coordinating Field Service Technician schedules, processing invoices and payments, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives. Requires at least 1 year of administrative experience, familiarity with ERP/Asset Management systems (Maximo, SAP) is a plus, and strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- At least one (1) year of prior job experience in an administrative function
- Post-secondary study in Business Administration or equivalent (asset)
- Familiar with ERP and Asset Management systems (Maximo, SAP) (asset)
- Experience processing warranty claims (asset)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- General knowledge of mining equipment product lines (asset)
