Field Service Account Manager and Sales Representative responsible for owning day-to-day relationship management for an assigned book of business, meeting service standards, coordinating product deliveries, prospecting and closing new business to grow the territory, and supporting customers with service-focused B2B sales. Requires local driving across the Kansas City metro, strong communication and organization, and a mechanical aptitude to resolve service issues; role includes weekend call rotation after training and team collaboration for best-in-class service. Offered with base salary of $55,000 per year and monthly commission, plus benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record
- Customer-facing experience in account management, sales, or service
- Comfortable driving locally to customer sites across the KC metro
- Clear communicator with strong follow-through and organization
