Job Summary
Perform repairs on Caterpillar equipment with limited supervision while mentoring and training other technicians within the service department. Assume ownership of difficult customer issues, interact professionally with clients and other departments, and maintain positive behavior as a company representative. Disassemble and assemble machines, select proper tooling, and execute diagnostics using Cat diagnostic tools. Work in the field, travel to customer sites and other facilities, and work alternate shifts or overtime as required by workload. Required Qualifications
- One-year certificate or Associates degree from a community college or technical school
- Minimum five plus year's of CAT dealer experience
- ten year's heavy equipment industry experience
- equivalent education and experience
