Job Summary
Build relationships with new and existing vendors to source products for quotation purposes for Sales Associates and employees. Initiate timely contact with distributors to meet client proposal timelines while negotiating pricing and costs to maximize profits. Identify pricing strategies and margin control methods to mitigate customer loss, collaborating with Sales Leadership to create customer proposals based on identified needs. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to provide niche expertise to the Sales Team. Work independently at a computer workstation in a quiet environment, requiring strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or Technical school in Business Management or Sales and Marketing
- 1-3 years related experience
